Botanical Amaze

I flew out to LA this week to meet up with a pair of college friends that moved to North Hollywood. Such a big adventure! I felt like an adult flying by myself to a city unknown with only a flight delay going wrong.

I'm having some technical difficulties on my big adventure out west. I left the SD card for my camera in my computer at home and no one in like the three largest cities near me carry it. So until I'm in a location long enough for Amazon to send one to me I am without decent photos. Stay tuned and maybe by next week I will have figured out how to use all my technologies to get up a decent blog post.

Just know that LA had amazing plants everywhere. Much great inspiration for my giant ikebana fabric sculptures. I got to spend the whole day at Universal Studios and we did every ride except Shrek. Completely exhausting. There was plenty of interesting plant and machinery eye candy about.
