We had a really strong wind storm last night. The house was swaying it was so bad. I went out this morning to find that my chrysalis did not survive. It twisted so many times that the metal wire hanger cut right through the cord holding it. Some parts are coming off. The fishing line has snapped in places.
At this point I'm not sure if I have the time to repair it. I really want to see it burn. The ash black wire of it's remains. Tomorrow I'll ask Ed.
In other news, spent most of the afternoon looking all over Grand Island looking for neon green construction string only to settle for yellow paracord with a reflective metal strip in it. Brought it home. Held it up to the rabbit fur coat sleeve I'm working with. Doesn't work. Should have just been satisfied with the neon pink construction string I had all along. Artist problems.
